Head Teller Supervisor

About the role

The role is located at 891 N Pottstown Pike, Exton, PA 19341. Hours are Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am - 6:00 pm, and Saturday 9:00 am - 12:00 pm (flexible around branch hours).

Responsibilities

• Operates a customer service window to provide exceptional customer service.
• Assists in the supervision of the branch customer service function.
• Completes Bank’s leadership (STELLAR) program and leadership trainings.
• Serves as a mentor and provides technical and operational assistance to new tellers.
• Ensures proper execution of operational policies and procedures.
• Handles difficult problems and unusual tasks according to bank policies.
• Maintains a positive relationship with bank customers and contributes to branch sales goals.
• Manages daily office settlements and oversees maintenance of vault cash levels.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to five years of general business experience, one to two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Successful completion of the retail training program.

Qualifications

• Specialized training or a two-year degree preferred.
• Knowledge of computer systems and S&T policies and procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
