About the role

The Head of Warehouse Network Expansion and Facilities will lead the strategic planning and execution of warehouse network expansion initiatives across multiple locations in Greenwood, IN, Dallas, TX, Seattle, WA, Nanticoke, PA, Savannah, GA, Lincoln, NE, and Las Vegas, NV. This role is part of the Supply Chain - Fulfillment Leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive warehouse network expansion strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee facility design, construction, and renovation projects to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers to optimize supply chain operations and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to warehouse operations and facilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align warehouse network expansion plans with broader business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Proven track record of successful warehouse network expansion and facility management.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of warehouse operations, including storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Understanding of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.

Pay

• Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
