About the role

The Warehouse Manager supervises warehouse staff and inventory to ensure that all activities are carried out efficiently and profitably.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and inventory to ensure efficient and profitable operations.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Manage daily operations to meet production and delivery schedules.
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse facilities.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory management and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize supply chain processes.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff to enhance productivity and quality.
• Resolve issues and conflicts within the warehouse team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or similar role.
• Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
• Experience with warehouse technology and systems.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
