Warehouse Area Manager
About the role
Spreetail is seeking a Warehouse Area Manager to oversee inbound and outbound operations in a fast-paced fulfillment center. This role offers growth opportunities across the company's extensive supply chain network.
Responsibilities
- Ensure each shipment represents the brand effectively.
- Suggest process improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy.
- Hold regular status meetings with leads to facilitate training, address concerns, and support team growth.
- Pre-plan with carriers and networks to meet capacity expectations.
- Communicate effectively with marketplace representatives to maintain performance standards and address issues promptly.
Requirements
- Accomplished 2-4 years of management or leadership experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, plan forecasting, and analysis.
- Experience in process mapping and standard operating procedure documentation.
- Ability to give and receive positive and negative feedback.
- Flexibility to work some weekends and long hours during busy periods.
Qualifications
- College degree preferred but not required.

Benefits
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $62,000/year to $82,000/year. Pay is based on a number of factors including geographic market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Spreetail is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
