About the role
The Head of VIP & Loyalty is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer loyalty and VIP programs. This individual will oversee the entire VIP program, including member acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute VIP loyalty programs that drive customer retention and increase revenue.
- Oversee the management of VIP members, ensuring their needs are met and loyalty levels are maintained.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate VIP initiatives into broader business strategies.
- Monitor and analyze VIP program performance metrics to inform continuous improvement efforts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the gaming or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing VIP programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM systems and loyalty program software.
