Top reps at Olly Olly earned $300k+ in 2025. Realistic Year 1: $80K to $120K. All reps run their own deals by month 2.

Responsibilities

  • 70 to 80 outbound cold calls per day
  • Sell digital marketing and SaaS solutions to small business owners
  • Set appointments for senior reps during your first weeks
  • Run your own full sales cycle (prospect to close) by month 2
  • Handle objections, create urgency, build pipeline daily
  • Participate in daily huddles, call reviews, and ongoing coaching

Requirements

  • Competitive and motivated by performance-based income
  • Coachable. You take feedback and apply it fast
  • Consistent. You show up and execute the process every day
  • Comfortable with high-volume cold calling
  • Recent grads: No sales experience required. We’ll teach you a proven process
  • Experienced reps: If you’re tired of capped comp, weak product, or no path forward, you’ll find none of that here

Qualifications

  • Work Authorization Must be authorized to work in the United States

Skills

  • High volume cold calling skills
  • Sales experience (recent graduates may not have prior sales experience)
