Head of Technical Recruiting

About the role

The Global Head of Technical Recruiting will lead the growth of Notion's Engineering, Product, and Design organizations. This role will partner closely with the CTO and Co-Founder to build the global technical teams and serve as a strategic advisor to senior technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global technical recruiting strategy across Engineering, Product, Design, Data, and TPM
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and recruiting leaders across regions
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior technical leaders
• Lead the adoption of AI tools, workflows, and automation across the recruiting function
• Design and continuously improve the processes, systems, and interview infrastructure
• Establish and own the recruiting metrics that matter
• Partner with Storytelling to sharpen the employer value proposition and represent Notion as a destination for technical talent

Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting leadership experience with a deep focus on technical hiring
• Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing recruiting teams
• Strong analytical instincts with a track record of using data to drive decisions
• Genuine AI-first orientation
• Deep knowledge of technical compensation trends and market dynamics

Qualifications

• Background in technical recruiting with experience closing at the executive level
• Demonstrated track record of leveraging AI to meaningfully change how recruiting operates
• Experience designing and executing diversity recruiting programs with measurable outcomes
• Strong network within the technical recruiting and engineering talent community
