Qualifications

  • 7+ years of recruiting leadership experience focused on technical hiring
  • Proven track record of scaling high-performing recruiting teams in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to set direction and execute talent strategies, comfortable at all levels of conversation
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making regarding hiring metrics
  • Credible advisor to senior leaders with substantial market knowledge
  • Genuine AI-first approach, with experience in adopting modern tools for recruitment improvement
  • In-depth understanding of global compensation trends in technology
