Responsibilities
- Define and own the global technical recruiting strategy across multiple functions
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and leaders regionally
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior technical leaders, providing market insights
- Lead the adoption of AI tools and automation to enhance recruiting processes
- Design and improve processes and systems for swift hiring without sacrificing quality
- Establish and monitor key recruiting metrics to drive decision-making
- Collaborate with marketing to strengthen the employer value proposition for tech talent
Qualifications
- 7+ years of recruiting leadership experience focused on technical hiring
- Proven track record of scaling high-performing recruiting teams in fast-paced environments
- Ability to set direction and execute talent strategies, comfortable at all levels of conversation
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making regarding hiring metrics
- Credible advisor to senior leaders with substantial market knowledge
- Genuine AI-first approach, with experience in adopting modern tools for recruitment improvement
- In-depth understanding of global compensation trends in technology
