Responsibilities
Partner with the CEO and senior engineering leadership to build a comprehensive talent strategy that powers immediate priorities and sustains long-term growth.
Build a high-trust, high-accountability culture grounded in mentorship, ownership, data-driven decisions, and continuous improvement.
Hold the team to exceptional standards: rigorous, consistent assessments and disciplined interview hygiene.
Establish operating rhythms that leaders rely on for pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and sound decisions.
Partner with the Head of Marketing to deliver a globally consistent employer brand and a candidate experience that sets us apart.
Partner with Engineering, Sales, and Finance to align recruiter capacity, headcount planning, and budget forecasting, and to drive long-term workforce modeling and geographic expansion.
Rationalize and integrate systems to improve reporting integrity, reduce redundancy, and establish clear data governance.
Requirements
8+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including senior leadership roles at high-growth technology companies and oversight of multiple functions within a talent org (recruiting, operations, systems).
Proven ability to scale recruiting organizations in complex, ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Track record of high leverage and stakeholder management, including placing executive-level and key leadership hires.
Experience managing external talent agencies, partners, and RPOs.
Exceptional operating discipline and execution excellence—you set a high bar and consistently deliver against it.
A hands-on approach—equally comfortable as strategist and executor.
Genuine curiosity about hardware, autonomy, and industrial technology.
Qualifications
Experience in construction, mining, defense, agriculture, or other heavy industry verticals.
Nice to have: Experience in autonomous systems, robotics, or industrial software.
Experience building teams and setting talent strategy for first-mover technology companies.

Benefits
Compensation Base Range - $190,000-$225,000 with generous equity package.
