  • Establish operating rhythms that leaders rely on for pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and sound decisions.

  • Partner with the Head of Marketing to deliver a globally consistent employer brand and a candidate experience that sets us apart.

  • Partner with Engineering, Sales, and Finance to align recruiter capacity, headcount planning, and budget forecasting, and to drive long-term workforce modeling and geographic expansion.

  • Rationalize and integrate systems to improve reporting integrity, reduce redundancy, and establish clear data governance.

  • Track record of high leverage and stakeholder management, including placing executive-level and key leadership hires.

  • Experience managing external talent agencies, partners, and RPOs.

  • Exceptional operating discipline and execution excellence—you set a high bar and consistently deliver against it.

  • A hands-on approach—equally comfortable as strategist and executor.

  • Genuine curiosity about hardware, autonomy, and industrial technology.

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction, mining, defense, agriculture, or other heavy industry verticals.

  • Nice to have: Experience in autonomous systems, robotics, or industrial software.
