The Head of Talent is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's talent acquisition strategy, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition plans to meet organizational needs.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale recruitment campaigns.
- Strong understanding of current industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
