The Head of Talent is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's talent acquisition strategy, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition plans to meet organizational needs.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

Requirements
