Head of Talent Acquisition, Performance Marketing

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually.

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition, Performance Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will lead talent acquisition efforts for a performance marketing organization, with a focus on senior and hard-to-fill searches. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle, partner closely with hiring leaders, and help shape the processes and tools that support effective hiring. The position also plays an important role in building proactive pipelines and providing clear visibility into search progress and risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior and hard-to-fill searches from start to finish
• Build a proactive talent pipeline ahead of demand
• Create and maintain the recruiting playbook, including scorecards and rubrics
• Guide and develop the Recruiting Ops Manager
• Provide leadership with clear reporting on search status and potential stalls

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in recruiting for affiliate or performance marketing businesses
• Proven track record of full-cycle recruiting from intake to close
• Strong sourcing skills with a focus on both inbound and outbound strategies
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with senior leaders
• Experience building and using a repeatable sourcing framework
