Team Leadership

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 3 Account Executives and 1 Business Development Representative

  • Drive expansion into new enterprise market segments and geographical territories

Revenue Growth

  • Own and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for the US market

Enterprise Sales

  • Build relationships with C-suite executives and security leaders at Fortune 1000 companies

International Coordination

  • Collaborate with global team in Paris and Amsterdam

Strategic Planning

  • Develop sales playbook

Customer Success

  • Ensure smooth handoffs to customer success teams and maintain key client relationships

Qualifications

  • 4-8 years total in sales (3-7 years closing deals yourself + 1-3 years managing people)
  • Experience at high-growth startups or scale-ups
  • Proven track record opening and developing new markets from ground up
  • International business experience comfortable working across time zones and cultures
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team leadership experience managing sales professionals (AEs, BDRs)
  • Enterprise sales expertise - experience selling $50K+ deals to large organizations with success
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity landscape and application security challenges
  • You understand multi-stakeholder enterprise sales: security reviews, procurement, legal
  • Previous work with international teams
  • Background in DevSecOps, application security, or developer tools
  • Track record of 150%+ quota attainment in previous roles
  • Experience with modern sales methodologies
