Role Overview
Nuix is seeking a Head of Revenue Operations to lead the operational engine that powers the company's global go-to-market motion. Sitting within the Sales Enablement function and reporting to the SVP of Sales Enablement, this role is responsible for driving predictable, scalable revenue performance across Nuix's enterprise data intelligence, investigative analytics and eDiscovery software portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales forecasting and pipeline review process. Develop and maintain rigorous forecasting models, govern commit pipeline cadences and provide leadership with a reliable single source of truth on revenue outlook.
- Lead annual and in-year sales planning, including capacity modelling and territory design. Translate Nuix's revenue targets into data-driven territory assignments and headcount plans that balance market opportunity with sales capacity across regions.
- Design and administer quota-setting frameworks and sales incentive programmes. Build equitable, motivating quota structures and commission plan designs that align seller behavior with Nuix's commercial strategy and drive high attainment rates.
- Deliver executive-grade reporting and analytics to senior commercial and finance stakeholders. Produce board-ready pipeline health dashboards, attainment analyses and operational insights that inform high-stakes go-to-market decisions.
- Lead, develop and performance-manage a team of Sales Analysts and Sales Operations Specialists. Set clear objectives, build team capability and foster a culture of analytical rigour, accountability and continuous improvement within the Revenue Operations function.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing and Sales leadership to align planning cycles and operational processes. Act as the connective tissue between commercial functions, ensuring consistent data definitions, shared metrics and coordinated planning across the revenue organisation.
Must haves
- Extensive experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations within enterprise B2B software. At least ten years of progressive experience in a RevOps or SalesOps discipline, with a minimum of four years leading a team in a high-growth enterprise software environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in forecasting, quota design, commission plan architecture and territory planning. Proven track record of owning the full operational planning cycle, including building compensation models that drive measurable improvements in quota attainment and forecast accuracy.
- Strong financial and analytical acumen, with expertise in CRM platforms and business intelligence tooling. Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and at least one BI or analytics platform, with the ability to translate complex data into clear executive narratives and actionable commercial strategies.
- Proven leadership capability with the ability to influence at the executive level. Experience managing small specialist teams and a demonstrated ability to build cross-functional alignment across Sales, Finance and Marketing on shared metrics and planning processes.
Nice to haves
- Experience in investigative analytics, eDiscovery, cybersecurity or data intelligence software markets. Familiarity with the enterprise buying cycles, deal complexity and go-to-market dynamics specific to legal technology, compliance or investigative software verticals is highly advantageous.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline. An undergraduate degree in a relevant field is valued; postgraduate qualifications such as an MBA are viewed favourably at this level of seniority.
