Head of Retirement Operations

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operations strategies for operational efficiencies
• Oversee end-to-end execution of retirement operations functions
• Direct profitable operational functions in the Retirement sector
• Establish short- and long-term organizational goals and strategies
• Identify and execute outsourcing strategies in collaboration with leaders
• Collaborate with departments to drive organizational success
• Evaluate and improve existing retirement processes for efficiency
• Ensure resources are in place to monitor performance effectively

Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership experience in financial services/insurance operations
• In-depth expertise in Retirement business and its operations
• Strong business acumen for strategic decision-making
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills for executive influence

Pay

$274,000 – $320,000 annually
