You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a technology-driven environment.
Location: San Mateo, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the recruiting strategy and operations roadmap for effective scaling
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting operating model for consistent service delivery
- Develop and enhance recruiting programs and workflows to ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Establish and enforce standardized processes for recruiting across the organization
- Own and report on recruiting performance metrics and KPIs to senior leadership
- Collaborate with finance and business leaders to optimize recruiting capacity and forecasts
- Lead executive reviews, presenting insights and recommendations to improve hiring outcomes
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations or related field within high-growth companies
- Expertise in recruiting workflows, interview process design, and governance
- Proven experience leading high-performance teams in a recruiting or strategy context
- Demonstrated success in implementing scalable and effective recruiting processes
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and executive dashboards
- Familiarity with ATS and recruiting technologies, including automation and AI capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong ability to influence stakeholders
Pay
$225,000 – $275,000 annually
