About the role
This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive public relations strategy
- Cultivate relationships with media outlets and pitch stories to secure coverage
- Lead and mentor a high-performing global PR team, managing agency partnerships
- Create crisis communication plans and coordinate rapid response strategies
- Collaborate with marketing to produce press releases and communication materials
- Plan and execute media events to boost thought leadership and visibility
- Analyze PR metrics and regularly report on performance to senior leadership
- Align messaging initiatives across teams including product marketing and corporate communications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in public relations, with 3+ years in a managerial role
- Proven success in media relations and crisis management, especially in tech and healthcare
- Excellent communication skills for crafting narratives and presenting ideas
- Strong leadership capabilities, fostering collaboration within teams
- Familiarity with PR analytics tools to measure media impact
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment

Pay
$196,000 – $257,000 annually
