Main Responsibility

This role will lead the development of the prestige luxury operating model in priority markets. They will partner on the development of the Luxury model in key markets and selected cities globally, working with the Global Luxury Director, Maison Managing Director (MD), Regional Managing Directors (RMDs), and US ODC business. They will ensure WG&S has the right go-to market model integrated within the Global Route to Consumer framework. They will create and execute the local market Private Client and The Distillers Library platform in select cities. They will ensure the right resource, high-end luxury standards, and operating model are executed with the partner market and lead the development of the Black Book CRM model.

Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years of related experience in wine & spirits or luxury retail, hospitality, client experience, or high-touch service leadership experience.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to support business performance through client-centric initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to express self in a compelling and energetic manner in individual and group situations; well-presented and articulate; has the ability to adjust style to capture the attention of the audience.
  • Strong analytical, operational, and leadership skills with the ability to influence at every level.
  • Strong budget management skills ensuring disciplined expense management and optimal allocation of resources in line with priorities.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • It is highly desired that the ideal candidate has knowledge of the alcohol spirits industry 3-tier system.
  • Experience collaborating and influencing CPG brand marketing and sales teams.
  • Experience working with and managing 3rd party agencies.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
  • Ability to manage difficult, complex markets while achieving business objectives.
  • Represent the Prestige client experience with credibility, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Pay

The salary range for this role, based out of the NYC office is $187, 801 - $225,000. This role is not eligible for international or domestic relocation.
