Position Summary

The Client Executive, Commercial is responsible for managing a significant book of business, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role leads the annual client planning process, aligns insurance programs with financial and organizational goals, and provides consultative guidance through data-driven insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of a significant client portfolio with responsibility for retention, growth, and satisfaction.

  • Lead annual planning and strategic direction for client insurance programs.

  • Serve as subject matter expert and primary client advisor.

  • Interpret carrier data, claims reports, and financial information to identify trends and risks.

  • Develop and deliver client reports, presentations, and recommendations.

  • Support renewal marketing strategy and execution.

  • Ensure accuracy and quality of all client deliverables and program calculations.

  • Maintain EPIC system records and documentation.

  • Monitor renewal timelines and client lifecycle milestones.

  • Collaborate with Sales Executives and internal service teams to deliver integrated solutions.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and stakeholders.

  • Communicate regulatory and technical updates to clients.

  • Participate in business development and market-building initiatives.

  • Represent the firm through industry groups and speaking engagements.

  • Lead or support special projects as assigned.

  • Identify opportunities to improve client service delivery and operational efficiency.

  • Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

  • Deliver strong client retention, satisfaction, and growth outcomes.

  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality across all client work.

  • Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Demonstrate sound judgment and ownership in decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of industry experience with increasing responsibility.

  • Property & Casualty license required; Life & Health preferred.

  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EPIC system.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, or related field.

  • Professional designations such as CIC or CPCU.

  • Experience managing complex commercial accounts.
