We deliver measurable results across content and influencer marketing for partners including Riot Games, Alienware, Warner Bros, adidas, and SEGA, spanning gaming, sports, entertainment, and culture.
Opportunity
The Opportunity Liquid Media is looking for a Head of Client Services to oversee our Client Services function and serve as a key member of the agency's senior management team. This is the most senior client-facing role within the agency and combines leadership of the Client Services function with serving as a strategic partner at the agency level, helping shape how we grow, operate, and show up for our clients.
What You'll Be Doing
Client Leadership & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring operational and creative alignment across all accounts.
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments effectively, creating clarity and knowing when to steer or escalate.
- Build trust across junior and senior client partners through proactive communication and strategic guidance.
- Develop deep, authentic relationships across client organizations, ensuring Liquid Media is embedded as a true partner at every layer of the client organization.
- Manage renewals and identify upsell opportunities that deepen partnerships and expand agency scope.
Campaign & Account Management
- Oversee the execution of integrated creative marketing campaigns, including production and campaign activations that authentically engage gaming communities.
- Oversee campaign delivery across budgets, timelines, and contracts, ensuring on-time, on-brief, and on-budget execution.
- Manage day-to-day account operations, serving as the connective tissue between clients and internal creative, production, and operations teams.
- Define and report on KPIs and performance insights for senior stakeholders, clearly communicating campaign impact and measurable ROI.
- Anticipate risks, resolve blockers, and hold teams accountable to deliverables.
Team Leadership & Development
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Account personnel, fostering a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across teams to remove silos and strengthen knowledge sharing.
- Establish clear workflows that support smooth internal and external collaboration.
Budget Management
- Own financial oversight across the client portfolio, managing budgets, scopes of work, and resource allocation.
- Maintain strong budget discipline while ensuring teams have what they need to deliver exceptional work.
Business Growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities using client relationships and market insight.
- Represent Liquid Media as a strategic partner in client and industry settings.
- Represent Liquid Media externally as a senior face of the agency, helping strengthen the brand's profile through industry events, networking, and community presence.
What You'll Need
10+ years of experience in account management, project management, or client services within a creative or integrated marketing agency.
Proven track record in managing complex client relationships and large-scale campaign executions.
Strong experience managing and developing account teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
Demonstrated financial acumen; comfortable owning budgets, scopes, and financial reporting at the account level.
Strong understanding of gaming, social, and creator trends and the ability to use those insights to shape recommendations and opportunities.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Approaches ambiguity with calm, curiosity, and a focus on practical solutions.
Clear communicator who can navigate complex or high-stakes conversations with empathy and clarity.
Buys a commercial mindset to client relationships, contributing to business development and partnership growth.

Pay
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $130,000 – $160,000 + bonus opportunities. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, education, internal equity, and geographic location, where applicable and permitted by law.
