What You’ll Own

  • Launchability — shape deals before signature so scope, integration path, success metrics, and SLAs are set up to win.
  • Time-to-live — compress the path from signed agreement to launch and generating value.
  • Integration completion — drive every partner through integration to a fully live state across the portfolio.
  • Enrollment & activation — own the ramp of renter adoption inside each partner’s book of business.
  • Revenue expansion & account growth — own the growth number for the live partner portfolio: upsell, cross-sell, enrollment-driven revenue, and net revenue retention.
  • Partner health — retention, satisfaction, and the long-term strength of every live partnership.

What You’ll Do

  • Join partnership deals before they close to pressure-test feasibility and shape terms for a successful launch.
  • Build and run the partner launch playbook — onboarding, integration, launch, and enrollment — and make it repeatable.
  • Own the integration plan end-to-end: sequence the work, manage dependencies, and hold product and engineering accountable to the timeline.
  • Quarterback cross-functional launches across engineering, product, data, customer success, and marketing; set and hold internal SLAs.
  • Grow live accounts — identify and close expansion, drive enrollment-led revenue, and own net revenue retention through business reviews and account planning.
  • Lead the enterprise and partner-delivery team, which reports into this role.
  • Report partner health, launch performance, and growth to the executive team, and flag risks early.

Who You Are

  • 8+ years in partner/account management, partner success, GTM operations, or implementation leadership — ideally at a B2B2C, platform, or embedded-fintech/SaaS company.
  • A track record of taking signed partnerships from zero to live at scale, then growing them.
  • You’ve owned the launch and the number — not just the handshake.
  • Comfortable owning a revenue target through expansion and retention (NRR), not net-new hunting.
  • Deep comfort with technical integrations — APIs, product flows, and platform/embedded integrations — enough to own the plan, sequence the work, and hold product and engineering accountable, even though you won’t build it yourself.
  • A strong cross-functional operator who gets engineering, product, and data teams to move without owning them.
  • Data-driven on adoption, activation, and growth funnels; you manage to metrics, not vibes.
  • An experienced people leader who has built or run delivery, implementation, or account/CS teams.
  • Bonus Points: Experience in proptech, rent-tech, fintech, credit/bureau, or embedded finance. Familiarity with the property-management software ecosystem (e.g., PMS/ERP platforms and resident-services providers).
