About the role
The Head of Marketing will lead all marketing initiatives for the commercial division, including strategy development, campaign execution, and brand management. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in a leadership capacity
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
