Head of Marketing
About the role
Serve as the strategic marketing partner to the Country Manager, aligning marketing investments, pipeline targets, and territory expansion with regional business goals.
Collaborate closely with Sales (Channel Managers and Account Executives) to drive a unified "One Team" approach, ensuring marketing campaigns are synchronized with sales and partner acquisition efforts.
Define and lead the regional marketing strategy, guiding the Channel Marketing team in developing and executing annual territory plans aligned with Wildix's growth and MRR objectives.
Own the marketing strategy for new partner acquisition by defining the ideal partner profile, developing recruitment campaigns, and accelerating partner pipeline growth.
Lead, coach, and develop the Channel Marketing team, providing strategic direction on partner enablement, co-marketing initiatives, and regional events.
Oversee regional lead generation and pipeline performance, ensuring effective lead management, qualification, and distribution to partners.
Act as the key marketing liaison with internal teams—including Events, Digital Marketing, and Content & Communications—to ensure consistent execution of regional campaigns and initiatives.
Own the regional marketing budget, optimizing investment allocation, maximizing ROI, and ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
Monitor, analyze, and present regional marketing performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategy and business impact.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience in B2B Tech, SaaS, or UCaaS, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role managing marketing managers or regional teams.
- Deep understanding of indirect sales models, partner enablement, and "through-partner" marketing strategies designed to drive MRR.
- Proven track record of hiring, mentoring, and scaling high-performing marketing teams in a matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, track ROI, and optimize lead generation funnels.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build alignment across Sales, Product, and centralized Marketing teams.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce/Pardot for tracking lead lifecycles and campaign attribution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as Salesforce/Pardot.
- Knowledge of UCaaS industry and market trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Pay
The total compensation for this role is between $135K and $150K gross per year, including base salary and commissions. The final offer will fall within this range, and reflects the candidate’s skills, experience, and work location.
