RemoteRemoteMarketingFull-time

The vision at THE/STUDIO is to empower individuals—regardless of expertise—to unleash creativity and bring custom product ideas to life. We deliver top-quality, AI-integrated manufacturing solutions that exceed expectations and liberate customers to focus on their passions. Headquartered in Los Angeles, we operate as a fully remote, global team spanning the U.S., Europe, South America, Africa, and Asia/Pacific.

About the role

We are seeking a hands-on, high-impact Head of Marketing to lead, execute, and scale THE/STUDIO’s end-to-end marketing engine. This leadership role is ideal for a pragmatic, data-obsessed marketer who thrives in high-growth environments, balances strategy with execution, and has a proven track record of building and scaling performance-driven marketing organizations. From day one, you will own growth channels, audit operations, and establish a unified cross-channel strategy to drive aggressive lead generation and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Scale the Marketing Engine: Optimize current channels and systematically expand the marketing organization (internal team, specialists, and external agency partners) to meet ambitious growth targets.
  • Connect the Full User Flow: Map and optimize the end-to-end customer journey across SEO, paid search/social, website, content, and email to deliver a seamless, high-converting experience.
  • Drive Cross-Channel Growth: Audit, lead, and optimize performance marketing across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Paid Social, SEO, and lifecycle campaigns to generate high-quality, high-intent demand.
  • Deep Analytics & Attribution: Master data infrastructure within 3–6 months to establish granular performance tracking, cross-channel attribution, and actionable GA4 dashboards guiding investment decisions.
  • Strategic Prioritization: Ruthlessly prioritize high-leverage growth opportunities, run disciplined experiments, and translate insights into immediate business impact.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to align growth initiatives with capacity and bottom-line revenue goals.
  • Process & System Building: Establish lightweight processes, reporting cadences, and operational frameworks to improve speed, accountability, and clarity across the team.

What success looks like (first 3–6 months)

  • Consistently hit and scale aggressive revenue and lead generation targets while expanding marketing capabilities.
  • Create a cohesive, friction-free user journey across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Demonstrate deep, authoritative grasp of data, conversion funnels, and attribution.
  • Identify and execute high-leverage initiatives producing clear, positive outcomes for the organization.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of digital/performance marketing experience with a proven track record of leading a marketing team or function in a high-growth company, directly responsible for that growth.
  • Deep expertise in managing, connecting, and scaling integrated marketing channels (SEO, Paid Media/PPC, Web, Content, and Email).
  • Highly analytical mindset with advanced hands-on experience in GA4, data modeling, and performance dashboards.
  • Comfortable setting executive-level strategy and executing hands-on campaign or funnel troubleshooting.
  • High ownership and initiative: organized, proactive, and outcome-driven, identifying priorities and acting with urgency.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills to align remote teams, agencies, and partners toward common targets.

Skills

  • Intellectually curious: challenges the status quo and seeks to understand root causes.
  • Self-motivated with a meaningful drive to deliver excellence.
  • Strong communication skills enhancing collaboration in a remote environment.
  • Radical candor: coachable, accepts constructive feedback, and provides it where applicable.
  • Operates with urgency: values immediate action, enabling quick decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Natural customer centricity: starts analysis from the customer’s perspective and prioritizes customer understanding.
  • Results-driven: focuses on achieving and exceeding measurable objectives.
