About the role
You will be working on both digital and field marketing materials to target two main populations: physicians and administrators.
You will also help in managing the operation of the outbound SDR team and recruiting and building of a marketing and partnerships division at Syntra.
Responsibilities
- Conducting market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies
- Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive leads
- Creating and maintaining marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and web content
- Managing the outbound sales development representative (SDR) team
- Recruiting and building a marketing and partnerships division at Syntra
- Collaborating with the product and engineering teams to ensure marketing materials align with product features and capabilities
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in conducting marketing for a healthcare company either in health IT, pharma, or medical devices
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulations
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience with healthcare technology products and services
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and compliance
