The Head of Marketing will oversee the marketing function, scaling the team and driving growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the marketing organization across demand generation, product marketing, field marketing, growth, and design.
- Own the pipeline number jointly with Sales.
- Stand up a demand generation engine encompassing enterprise campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), outbound coordination, competitive migrations, and field events.
- Drive product-led growth (PLG) acquisition and conversion.
- Build go-to-market strategies for major product launches, including positioning, packaging, pricing narrative, competitive framing, and launch execution.
- Lead ABM programs targeting enterprise verticals and competitive migration campaigns against legacy and native alternatives.
- Own content strategy, SEO, generative engine optimization (GEO), and technical product marketing.
Requirements
- 10+ years in B2B marketing with at least 3 years leading a marketing team at a developer tools company through hyper-growth.
- Deep familiarity with the vector search, retrieval, or broader AI infrastructure space.
- Proven track record building both enterprise/ABM demand gen and PLG growth motions.
- Strong background in technical product marketing.
- Hands-on operator with experience in AI-driven marketing workflows and automation tools.
- Low ego, high ownership, and ability to operate in a remote and asynchronous environment.
