The Head of Marketing will define how Capsa shows up to the market and build the marketing engine that turns fast growth into hyper growth. This is the first senior marketing hire and it owns the function end to end.

Credibility, not noise. The demand engine. An inbound machine that compounds month on month.
The measurement model. Reach, engagement, brand affinity, pipeline influence. Targets that mean something, reported in a rhythm the company can trust.
Brand and presence. Website, design system, social, PR, owned events, executive briefings. The parts of the experience customers and candidates feel before they ever talk to us.
Team and operating model. Build the team behind you. Set the cadence, the budget rhythm, and the working relationship with sales and product.

Track record 8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing. Including scaling a function through Series A or B. You know what this stage looks like because you've been there.
Pipeline contribution under your name. You've carried a marketing-sourced pipeline number and hit it. Comfortable being measured the same way sales is measured.
Exceptional storyteller. You can take a complex idea (technical or otherwise) and turn it into a narrative that earns attention.
Private capital is not an easy subject. The right candidate makes it feel inevitable.
PR, comms, and social. You've run PR programmes, managed agencies, helped founders show up well in the press and on stage, and built social campaigns that actually move attention.
A portfolio that shows taste. Originality, quality, and a clear point of view. We'd like to see what you're proud of.
