Head of Marketing
About the role
The Head of Marketing will transform AcquiMatch’s marketing efforts into a world-class engine capable of generating predictable, consistent qualified leads. The ideal candidate will own the entire marketing process, from content creation to paid acquisition, ensuring the company’s growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Turn the weekly newsletter into a hub for repurposed content, including SEO blog posts, YouTube, and short-form clips.
- Own LinkedIn strategy and set a cadence to drive inbound traffic.
- Run webinars end-to-end, from promotion to follow-up, to convert leads.
- Generate 5 to 10 qualified sales leads per week from owned channels within 90 days.
- Optimize existing lead magnets and nurture sequences to ensure no leads go cold.
- Implement paid acquisition campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube to amplify content and reduce reliance on guest podcast spots.
- Guard the brand voice and develop speaking, podcast, and interview opportunities for the founder and team.
- Develop and launch a podcast when the content engine is ready.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in content, brand, or growth marketing, preferably for a founder-led brand.
- Strong writer and editor with a clear brand voice.
- Hands-on producer with experience with studio gear, filming, directing, and editing.
- Experience running and managing paid ad accounts and understanding healthy cost-per-qualified-lead.
- Expertise in creating compelling content for complex topics like business buying, finance, and M&A.
- Bonus: experience scaling personal brands or familiarity with the SMB and ETA spaces.

Pay
$115K to $135K base salary plus performance incentives tied to qualified-lead generation and marketing-sourced pipeline.
Schedule
Full-time, operating on US Central Time hours.

Location: Remote, US. Austin to San Antonio corridor strongly preferred, since you'll run studio days and capture content with our founder in New Braunfels, TX. Open to remote-US for an exceptional candidate who can travel for shoots and events. Not hiring in NY or CA at this time.
