Responsibilities
- Lead IT architecture decisions impacting company-wide systems
- Manage core IT systems including directory services and SaaS applications
- Oversee the IT vendor portfolio and maintain software license accuracy
- Ensure robust network infrastructure at office locations
- Supervise IT helpdesk operations and maintain response time standards
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding IT logistics
- Manage the IT budget and prioritize expenditures against operational needs
Qualifications
- 8-12 years in IT roles, including 3-5 years in a management position
- Proven experience in IT architecture decisions for mission-critical systems
- Hands-on background running a helpdesk with ticketing and SLA oversight
- Experience managing vendor relationships and optimizing resources
- Ability to scale processes with a small, dynamic team
- Familiarity with the challenges of a hybrid work environment
