Head of Integrated Portfolio Management, West Division
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Head of Integrated Portfolio Management, West Division to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead integrated portfolio management across a regional division, with responsibility for client account performance, operational execution, and financial outcomes. The position partners closely with service-line leaders and client teams to support growth, strengthen delivery, and ensure alignment between client needs and business objectives. It is well suited to a senior operations leader who can combine account leadership, workforce development, and strategic decision-making in a fast-paced real estate environment. Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Lead account management for regional GOS occupier clients
- Set financial and operational goals for client accounts
- Build and develop a high-performing workforce to meet client needs
- Collaborate on client acquisition and transitions to support business growth
- Conduct semi-annual account reviews focused on performance and opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- 15+ years of experience, including 10+ years in real estate preferred
- Strong financial analysis and computer literacy skills
- Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities
- Extensive knowledge of resource allocation and implementation

Pay
Compensation: $233,750 – $275,000 annually
