Head of Integrated Portfolio Management, West Division
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Head of Integrated Portfolio Management, West Division to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead integrated portfolio management across a regional client base, with a focus on driving operational excellence, financial performance, and consistent service delivery. The position will partner closely with account teams and internal stakeholders to translate business plans into measurable outcomes. It is well suited for a seasoned leader who can balance client value creation, team development, and disciplined P&L management in a dynamic, multi-account environment. Responsibilities
- Lead the account management team and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver client value.
- Set operational and financial goals through business planning and strategic planning agendas.
- Manage P&L for regional accounts, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Build an engaged talent workforce focused on client satisfaction and KPIs.
- Participate in account reviews, summarize performance, and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience, including 10 years in real estate preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills across multiple levels.
- Financial analysis proficiency with knowledge of relevant software.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Pay
Compensation: $233,750 – $275,000 annually
