Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years managing paid acquisition campaigns with proven results
  • Hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads
  • Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/automation
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Comfort with analytics and AI marketing tools
  • Experience in men's health, concierge/functional medicine, med spa, aesthetics, or another high-ticket/premium service industry preferred

Compensation

  • Base salary $80,000–$90,000, plus a substantial performance incentive tied to booked assessments, CPA reduction, and show rates
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $95,000–$112,500+ annually, with additional upside for exceptional performance
  • 401(k) included
