About the role
We are seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to lead Nooks' Growth Marketing organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building our growth engine
- Developing the strategy that drives sustainable customer acquisition and pipeline growth
- Continuously expanding Nooks' addressable audience and identifying new opportunities to reach enterprise buyers
- Building a diversified growth engine that balances paid, owned, organic, partner, and emerging acquisition channels
- Developing annual growth strategies that align investments to measurable business outcomes
- Driving acquisition across every digital touchpoint
- Own the performance of every digital growth channel, including paid media, website, webinars, SEO, AEO/GEO, conversion optimization, and future acquisition programs
- Continuously improving how prospects discover, engage with, and convert through Nooks' digital experiences
- Partnering with Brand, Communications, and Product Marketing to ensure exceptional storytelling is matched with exceptional performance
- Building a culture of experimentation
- Establishing experimentation as a core operating principle across the Growth Marketing team
- Developing testing frameworks across acquisition channels, landing pages, messaging, offers, website experiences, and conversion paths
- Leveraging AI to accelerate testing, optimize campaigns, improve personalization, and increase team productivity
- Encouraging rapid learning, data-driven decision making, and continuous optimization
- Building world-class growth systems
- Leading Marketing Operations as the operational foundation of the Growth Marketing organization
- Ensuring attribution, lead routing, automation, reporting, measurement, and data quality support confident business decisions
- Partnering closely with Revenue Operations to create scalable systems that enable faster execution as the company grows
- Continuously improving operational efficiency through automation and AI
- Building and leading a high-performing team
- Leading and developing a growing Growth Marketing organization, including Paid Acquisition and Marketing Operations
- Coaching marketers to combine analytical rigor with creativity, curiosity, and experimentation
- Building operating rhythms, measurement frameworks, and planning processes that help the team execute at a high level
Requirements
Requirements for this role include:
- 8+ years of experience leading Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Proven track record of building acquisition engines that generate measurable pipeline and revenue growth
- Deep expertise across paid media, website optimization, SEO, AEO/GEO, conversion rate optimization, webinars, lifecycle acquisition, and digital growth strategies
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities, diagnose bottlenecks, and make data-driven investment decisions
- A relentless experimentation mindset: you constantly test new ideas, challenge assumptions, and optimize based on results
- Experience leading Marketing Operations or partnering closely with Marketing Operations to build scalable systems and measurement frameworks
- AI-first thinking with a passion for using AI to improve marketing performance, automate workflows, and uncover new growth opportunities
- Cross-functional leadership with experience partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Communications, RevOps, and Executive Leadership
- Passion for building high-performing teams and developing exceptional marketers
