Build out a consultative framework to guide firm assessment and business planning, adding value as firms evaluate their businesses and design their growth strategy.
Develop a point of view on firm infrastructure necessary to support growth and develop programs to drive the implementation of these models.
Develop structure for team to monitor firm progress and adapt support as firm needs evolve.
Field Leadership Development & Succession Planning
Build the field leadership pipeline by shaping development strategies for current and future firm leaders necessary to support firm growth and longevity.
Advance succession readiness through partnership with regional and firm leadership.
Influence the channel’s long-term leadership profile through collaboration on external talent strategy.
Regional Alignment (RVP Model) & Execution
Lead the regional model to deliver coordinated support that advances firm growth and performance.
Align regional priorities with enterprise growth strategies while accounting for local market needs.
Foster shared learning and coordinated action across regions to scale effective practices.
Firm Resource Group Leadership
Lead the Firm Resource Group to strengthen firm readiness, continuity, growth, and operational effectiveness.
Deploy resources and expertise against enterprise priorities and evolving field needs.
Performance Management & Continuous Improvement
Establish a performance approach that clarifies the impact of growth, leadership, and infrastructure investments.
Provide leaders with the insight needed to guide decisions, allocate support, and assess progress.
Drive continuous improvement by strengthening operating models, simplifying complexity, and improving field support.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of leadership experience in financial services distribution, wealth management, insurance distribution, or related entrepreneurial business environments
- Experience supporting firm leaders, or independent enterprises operating within a career distribution model
- Strong understanding of distribution strategy, firm economics, recruiting dynamics, succession planning, and business growth drivers
- Proven ability to influence senior executives and lead through complexity in an entrepreneurial environment
- Exceptional strategic, analytical, communication, and organizational leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
Pay
Salary Range: $178,690.00 - $293,560.00
The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
