About the role

Skai (formerly Kenshoo) is seeking a dynamic leader to join its expanding sales team. The ideal candidate will manage a team of experienced professionals who specialize in digital marketing, particularly within the financial services, education, media and entertainment, technology, and travel sectors. Skai's cutting-edge digital marketing software powers the world's top brands and advertisers, managing over one million active campaigns globally.

Responsibilities

  • Drive your sales team to peak performance
  • Collaborate with the Regional Vice President and Management team to develop a comprehensive business plan
  • Manage your revenue pipeline to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Recruit, hire, and train members of the Sales Team to ensure sales excellence
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales Development teams on targeted campaigns and events
  • Uncover and engage with prospects using Skai's industry-leading solutions across Search, Social, Apps, and Data & Measurement

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of digital experience in a Sales or Sales Manager role
  • Working knowledge of one or more of the following verticals: Financial Services, Education, Media and Entertainment, Technology, and Travel
  • Willingness to learn, creativity, passion, positivity, and drive
  • People management experience (desirable)
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered
  • Comfort with selling software and services, SaaS and Sales experience preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and as part of the overall Sales team
  • Knowledge of prospecting and CRM software (ideally Salesforce & LinkedIn Navigator)
  • Technical expertise and ability to understand Skai's solutions

The salary range for this position is $175,000 - $220,000, with the actual amount varying based on experience, skills, and internal equity. $175,000 - $220,000 annually, with potential for bonuses and commissions.

Hybrid work model with three days in-office per week.
