About the role

Skai (formerly Kenshoo) is seeking a dynamic leader to join its expanding sales team. The ideal candidate will manage a team of high-performing sales professionals, focusing on enterprise brands and agencies primarily in Financial Services, Education, Media and Entertainment, Technology, and Travel. This role involves driving performance, building a robust pipeline, and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive your sales team to peak performance
  • Collaborate with your Regional Vice President and Management team to develop a business plan meeting and exceeding revenue goals
  • Manage your revenue pipeline to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Recruit, hire, and train members of the Sales Team to drive sales excellence
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales Development team on events and targeted campaigns
  • Develop, coach, and mentor your direct reports
  • Support employees through internal talent management programs and performance reviews

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of digital experience in a Sales and/or Sales Manager role
  • Working knowledge of one or more of the following verticals: Financial Services, Education, Media and Entertainment, Technology, and Travel
  • Willingness to learn, creativity, passion, positivity, and drive
  • People management experience (desirable)
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but equivalent work experience considered
  • Comfort with selling software and services, SaaS and Sales experience preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and as part of the overall Sales team
  • Knowledge of prospecting and CRM software (ideally Salesforce & LinkedIn Navigator)
  • Technical expertise and ability to acquire knowledge of our solutions

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $175,000 - $220,000 plus commissions. The actual salary amount will vary based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
