Head of Emerging Sales, SAAS Digital Ad Tech
About the role
Skai (formerly Kenshoo) is seeking a dynamic leader to join its expanding team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth for the company's digital marketing software, which manages over one million active campaigns across 185 countries.
Responsibilities
- Manage and drive your sales team to peak performance
- Collaborate with your Regional Vice President and the Management team to develop a business plan designed to meet and exceed your revenue goals
- Manage your revenue pipeline to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
- Recruit, hire and train members of the Sales Team to drive sales excellence
- Work closely with the Marketing and Sales Development team on events and targeted campaigns
- Uncover and engage with prospects using Skai’s industry leading solutions across Search, Social, Apps and Data and Measurement solutions
Requirements
- 5-10 years of digital experience in a Sales and/or Sales Manager role
- Working knowledge of one or more of these key verticals: Financial Services, Education, Media and Entertainment, Technology and Travel
- Willingness to learn, creativity, passion, positivity, and drive
- People management experience (desirable)
- BA/BS degree preferred, but will consider equivalent years of work experience
- Comfort with selling software and services
- SaaS and Sales experience preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and as part of the overall Sales team
- Knowledge of prospecting and CRM software (Ideally Salesforce & Linkedin Navigator)
- Technical expertise and ability to acquire knowledge of our solutions
Benefits
The salary range for this position is $175,000 - $220,000 plus commissions. The actual salary amount will vary depending on the applicant's experience, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and market data.
Pay
$175,000 - $220,000 plus commissions
Schedule
Hybrid for the long term - three days in office per week
