Head of digital marketing

Garage Mobile Group, part of the FOZZY Group holding, is launching a major new internet project and is seeking a Head of Digital Marketing to join the team.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of performance marketing principles, with a focus on effective use of SEO and contextual advertising tools
• Google Analytics and Google Ads certification
• Strong analytical skills and proven experience with advanced analytics
• Hands-on experience promoting modern websites (PWA, AMP) organically—technical SEO and link-building
• Experience managing marketing budgets of at least 500,000 UAH per month
• Experience building and leading a team that effectively achieves set goals
• English language skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and tactics, and operationally manage promotional campaigns to attract customers
• Analyze, generate hypotheses, and optimize advertising campaigns
• Manage the marketing budget and improve the efficiency of marketing spend
• Identify, test, and integrate new tools and channels for customer acquisition
• Lead and train a team of specialists
• Identify and negotiate with promotional partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
