Head of Commercial Product
About the role
Veho is seeking a Head of Commercial Product to define and deliver our shipper-facing product strategy. This role involves leading the Product Management and Client Operations teams to build tools, integrations, and experiences that empower brands and retailers to ship with confidence, drive customer loyalty, and scale their businesses on the Veho platform.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for all shipper-facing products, including self-serve tools, API integrations (WMS/OMS), and the shipper portal experience.
Lead and scale a high-performing team consisting of Product Managers and the Client Operations group (onboarding, integrations, and shipper success).
Drive major initiatives like personalized delivery and pin-on-delivery by aligning stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, and Sales.
Define and own key commercial metrics, including shipper NPS, retention, integration health, and time-to-value for new enterprise clients.
Work closely with Sales and Account Management to translate market signals and shipper feedback into prioritized product requirements.
Who You Are
An Expert Builder: You have a track record of shipping B2B SaaS or marketplace products at scale and are energized by creating structure in fast-moving environments.
Integration-Savvy: You have a deep understanding of integration ecosystems (APIs, WMS, OMS, TMS) and view integrations as a core product surface rather than just a back-end concern.
Data-Driven: You are comfortable using SQL or BI tools to define KPIs and are rigorous about tracking product performance.
A Talent Magnet: You are invested in recruiting and developing exceptional people, fostering a culture of high ownership and continuous improvement.
AI-Native: You champion the use of AI tools to accelerate team output and are eager to lead by example in embracing new ways of working.
Desired Experience
Led the full product lifecycle for enterprise B2B products, from discovery to iteration.
Prior experience in high-growth logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, or marketplace companies (e.g., last-mile tech or e-commerce enablement platforms).
Experience managing client-facing technical teams, such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Onboarding.
Skilled at building roadmaps that earn C-suite trust and aligning Sales and Ops around a shared vision.
Compensation
$250,000 - $300,000 annually. The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company. Additionally, Veho offers a competitive equity package, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage as well as other benefits such as 401k and unlimited PTO for exempt level roles.
