About the role
We are seeking a Head of Commercial to lead our B2B2C growth engine at a critical juncture in Evvy’s trajectory. This role involves defining and executing a comprehensive commercial strategy across various channels and partner types, building strategic relations, and scaling the commercial machine.
Responsibilities
- Own revenue and margin performance across Evvy’s B2B2C business lines
- Define and execute Evvy’s commercial strategy across providers, clinics, payers, and strategic partners
- Build a unified commercial engine across multiple channels and buyer types
- Identify and unlock new commercial surfaces, markets, and partnership models
- Personalize and develop strategic relations with key enterprise and clinical partners
- Represent Evvy externally with providers, partners, executives, payers, and at industry events
- Translate market feedback into stronger product positioning, partnerships, and growth strategy
- Build the Commercial Machine
- Build the infrastructure required to scale: CRM, forecasting, sales ops, onboarding, playbooks, reporting, and partner success systems
- Hire and lead a high-performing commercial organization over time
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to ensure tight GTM feedback loops
- Create the operating cadence, systems, and rigor required to scale a category-defining healthcare business
Requirements
You must have:
- 8+ years of experience owning revenue and partnerships within health-tech, diagnostics, women’s health, or adjacent industries
- Experience building and scaling commercial infrastructure and teams
- Experience operating across multi-channel GTM motions and diverse partner types
- Familiarity with reimbursement, payer dynamics, and healthcare incentive structures
- Energetically drawn to ambiguity, ownership, and building before the roadmap is obvious
- Disciplined about evaluating opportunities quickly, pursuing what’s real, and moving on from what isn’t
Qualifications
You should have:
- Proven commercial leadership experience
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, storytelling, and influence skills
- Deep fluency in women’s health, fertility, diagnostics, digital health, or adjacent healthcare ecosystems
- Able to operate both strategically and operationally
- Willingness to travel for strategic partnerships, conferences, and key customer relationships
