- Establish and cement Meter and WiredScore's position as the leader in digital connectivity for real estate.
- Drive awareness of Meter and WiredScore in your market.
- Ensure a meaningful portion of buildings in your market adopt the solutions offered by Meter and WiredScore.
Who you are
- Experience in revenue-generating sales or business development roles.
- Knowledge of real estate and the Midwest market's ecosystem.
- Strong relationships and understanding of what drives decision-making in the market.
- Ability to own deals from first conversation to close.
- Quickly creating structure when the playbook is still being built.
- Credibility, commercial judgment, and executive presence.
- Open to regular travel and ideally live close to an international airport.
- Collaborative and self-sufficient operator.
