What success looks like

  • Establish and cement Meter and WiredScore's position as the leader in digital connectivity for real estate.
  • Drive awareness of Meter and WiredScore in your market.
  • Ensure a meaningful portion of buildings in your market adopt the solutions offered by Meter and WiredScore.

Who you are

  • Experience in revenue-generating sales or business development roles.
  • Knowledge of real estate and the Midwest market's ecosystem.
  • Strong relationships and understanding of what drives decision-making in the market.
  • Ability to own deals from first conversation to close.
  • Quickly creating structure when the playbook is still being built.
  • Credibility, commercial judgment, and executive presence.
  • Open to regular travel and ideally live close to an international airport.
  • Collaborative and self-sufficient operator.
