Responsibilities
- Define and lead global strategic partnerships and business development strategy
- Partner closely with regional business development leaders
- Lead and develop a high-performing U.S. strategic partnerships team
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic partnerships
- Lead complex commercial negotiations with senior executives
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure partnership success
Qualifications
- BA/BS required, MBA preferred
- 20+ years of relevant experience
- Deep knowledge and relationships within the digital, TV, and Feature Film community
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Prominent negotiation skills and deal execution
- Strong ability to cultivate relationships with stakeholders
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
