Responsibilities

  • Define and lead global strategic partnerships and business development strategy
  • Partner closely with regional business development leaders
  • Lead and develop a high-performing U.S. strategic partnerships team
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic partnerships
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations with senior executives
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure partnership success

Qualifications

  • BA/BS required, MBA preferred
  • 20+ years of relevant experience
  • Deep knowledge and relationships within the digital, TV, and Feature Film community
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Prominent negotiation skills and deal execution
  • Strong ability to cultivate relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
