Delivery Experience: We embrace our customers' variability and respond to their needs. We drive a customer focused, cost effective, efficient, and globally integrated delivery experience for our customer Amazon Fulfillment Network (AFN).
Value Creation: We identify every opportunity to create value and lower cost to serve AFN through competitive 3PL bidding, and leveraging Amazon Global Logistics, Amazon Air, Amazon Freight, and Amazon idle warehouse assets.
Continuous Improvement: We innovate, learn and be curious, invent and simplify our operating models to continually improve. We won’t waver on Customer Obsession; we will fail quickly, learn iteratively, mechanize and scale what works in an organized way.
Network Design: We will design our supply chain to enable scalability, sustainability, and resiliency. We collaborate across Robotics Delivery & Packaging Innovation (RDPI), confront functional siloes, and breakdown bureaucratic barriers to achieve lowest landed cost.
