Head Coach -MS

About the role

The Head Coach will lead the MS football program at Miami-Yoder, overseeing all aspects of the team including coaching, recruiting, and game planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a winning football strategy
• Recruit top talent from across the state
• Manage daily operations of the football program
• Work closely with the athletic director and administration

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in sports science, education, or related field
• Proven success as a high school football coach
• Experience with NCAA Division II rules and regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of football strategies and tactics
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Passion for youth development and community engagement

Schedule

The Head Coach will be responsible for leading practices, games, and travel arrangements during the fall season.

Hours are typically Monday through Friday, with additional evening and weekend responsibilities as needed.
