Head Coach

About the role

The Head Coach will lead the Flag Football program at Fort Lupton. The coach will be responsible for all aspects of the team including game planning, player development, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement game plans
• Coach players in fundamental skills and strategies
• Manage team budget and resources
• Engage with the community through outreach events

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field
• Minimum of 3 years coaching experience at the high school level
• Experience with flag football
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
