HDPE Quotations Coordinator

About the role

Ferguson Industrial is currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Quotations Coordinator (Industrial Plastics/HDPE) to join our Industrial Managed Services team. This role is critical to supporting our Industrial business by developing competitive quotations and ensuring alignment with project specifications and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand plans and specifications to assure material quoted complies with project requirements
• Developing competitive quotations according to local market strategy
• Maintain profitable margins by utilizing preferred sourcing methods
• Engage with Vendors to negotiate and obtain pricing in a timely manner
• Establish positive relationships with internal and external customers to receive accurate follow-up details
• Accurately follow up and document quotation details

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience with quotations or inside sales required
• Previous experience and/or knowledge of Industrial Plastics business preferred
• Advanced proficiency with Office 365 required, applications, specifically Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and focus on quality output
• Self-motivated, team and goal oriented
• Ability to effectively multitask in a highly deadline driven environment
• Advanced organizational and time management skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Pay

The estimated pay range for this position is $15.00 - $36.49 per hour. The specific rate will depend on a candidate's qualifications and prior experience.

Schedule

This role requires a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday.
