HCS Supervisor / Casa Grande

About the role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Home Care Program Supervisor at our Casa Grande office to oversee Consumer intakes and assessments, match and monitor Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with AHCCCS and Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) requirements. Ability360 delivers high-quality, person-centered non-medical home care services including attendant care, personal care, homemaker, and respite to AHCCCS/ALTCS/DDD eligible members in their homes or places of residence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Consumer assessments and on-site visits throughout Pinal County.
• Assign PCAs based on skill and Consumer needs.
• Monitor PCA performance and provide training.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with case managers.
• Support conflict resolution between Consumers and PCAs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ combined education/experience in case management or home care supervision.
• Knowledge of EVV systems and AHCCCS health plans.
• Experience with the Department of Developmental Disabilities a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card, driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual a plus.
