HCP Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own BYOMA’s global HCP marketing strategy, with a primary focus on North America, aligning with global brand goals and regional priorities.
  • Define a clear vision for how BYOMA engages, educates, and earns credibility among dermatologists and other skincare professionals.
  • Build launch, growth, and retention strategies for BYOMA’s clinical and professional initiatives, driving both short-term awareness and long-term loyalty.
  • Establish KPIs and success metrics to evaluate campaign performance and optimize efforts in real time.
  • Design and lead dermatologist engagement programs - from helping form an advisory board, to education programs, to our HCP conference presence and strategy, sampling, and partnerships.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and rising voices in dermatology, aesthetics, and skin science.
  • Develop authentic, science-backed materials and tailored campaigns that reinforce BYOMA’s commitment to skin barrier health and transparency.
  • Partner with internal R&D, communications, and brand teams to ensure scientific storytelling and product innovation are effectively communicated in the HCP space.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Global Marketing, PD, and Sales teams to ensure alignment of HCP efforts with consumer marketing and retail strategies.
  • Partner with Regulatory and Compliance to ensure all promotional and educational materials meet industry standards.
  • Manage and inspire agency partners to deliver creative, compliant, and impactful campaigns and programs.
  • Champion cross-market knowledge sharing to elevate HCP marketing best practices globally.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven record in HCP, medical, or dermatology marketing - preferably within beauty, skincare, or health-oriented CPG.
  • Understanding of the dermatology landscape, including professional engagement and medical communications.
  • Experience executing product launch and education strategies in the U.S. market
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and creative vision.
  • Excellent presentation, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Open to travel, potentially up to 30% (primarily across North America; occasional international).
