HC Life Enrichment Leader

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group and one-on-one activity programs for residents
• Aid residents with participation in activities and events
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
• Monitor resident participation and maintain activity attendance records
• Assist with resident assessments related to interests, abilities, and activity preferences
• Create and maintain monthly activity calendars
• Maintain activity supplies, equipment, and program areas
• Collaborate with residents, volunteers, and interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident engagement
• Foster a positive, welcoming, and resident-centered environment

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED
• Ability to interact positively and professionally with residents, families, visitors, and team members
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
• Comfortable leading activities and engaging with individuals and groups
• Creative, enthusiastic, and resident-focused approach
• Strong organizational and observation skills
• Effective reading, writing, speaking, and understanding of English
