About the role

Design, configure, and develop OMH Systems and Applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical architecture for multiple application modifications and other OMH projects.
• Participate in business analysis and systems development lifecycle.
• Use Microsoft Visual Studio 2022 or higher to write code using MVC Architecture, .Net, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, XML, Web APIs, and WCF.
• Prepare scripts to create and modify existing Oracle tables, including creating indexes, constraints, triggers, views, stored procedures, packages, and data migration as necessary.
• Perform data manipulation, including handling Protected Health Information (PHI) data.
• Mentor and assist other programmers (state and consultant) with debugging, troubleshooting, securing, and deploying applications, data access, data communications, and system architecture configurations.
• Use a source code repository (TFS/GitLab) for version control, branching, and code management.
• Diagnose and debug production issues reported via ITSM, escalate critical calls, and join bridge calls for diagnosis.
• Develop applications that access Protected Health Information.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot rules, calculations, and data issues on application reports using Crystal Reports.

Requirements

• 84+ months as a Software Architect, making high-level design choices, dictating technical standards (coding, tools, platforms), and designing multi-leveled architecture or component interactions for large-scale software systems.
• 84 months experience as lead technical architect on projects involving systems architecture, engineering, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventative maintenance, and security procedures.
• 60 months experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop n-tier web browser-based applications in ASP.Net/MVC and/or C# for n-tier web deployment.
• 60 months experience working with servers, systems, and infrastructure, integrating equipment/IoT devices with applications, cloud technologies, and troubleshooting Web Application Firewall and network layer issues.
• 36 months experience using Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) and Python to develop chatbot and other web application components.
• 84 months experience using PL/SQL to develop Oracle packages, triggers, stored procedures, functions, scripts, and cursors.
• 84 months experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration, including development of secure .Net web services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), REST Services (Web API), message processing, and Enterprise Service Bus.
• 24 months experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• 24 months experience coding and maintaining applications containing HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI) data and HL7 transformation.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional.
