About the role

The role requires a strong commitment to safety and compliance with hazardous materials handling regulations. The position involves driving a commercial vehicle to transport hazardous materials daily.

Responsibilities

• Drive a commercial vehicle to transport hazardous materials daily
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during transportation
• Comply with all federal and state regulations regarding hazardous materials
• Perform routine maintenance checks on the vehicle

Requirements

• Valid CDL with HazMat endorsement
• At least 2 years of relevant driving experience
• Excellent physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Passing DOT physical exam

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
• Experience in hazardous materials handling (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Skills

• Knowledge of hazardous materials regulations
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

$18.50 per hour

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
